Shipping Policy

Currently, we ship within United States of America and Canada. 

All orders on KITPLUS are shipped by USPS, UPS or Amazon FBA. Usually takes 1-2 business days to process and ship order from warehouse. During holidays or peak periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, it can take up to 5 business days to ship.

Delivery Time=Processing Time (about 1-2 business days) + Shipping Time (about 3 - 9 business days)

Pre-orders are subject to the estimated delivery time shown on the product page.

All orders are shipped from California, Pennsylvania, Colorado and Illinois, depending on the distance of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your item to you more quickly. Currently the main delivery addresses: the United States, Canada, Australia.

 -Shipping fee is $15.00 CAD ($11.02 USD) for orders under $0-$199.99 CAD ($0 USD - $147.05 USD).

Duties & Taxes

Once the package reaches the destination country, any import duties and taxes will be charged and these must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, as customs policies vary from country to country, we have no control over these fees. Any questions about custom charges, it is recommended that you contact your local custom.
